Tomorrow will begin a new year. My daughter continues to say, "New Year-New You." I think that statement is very powerful. What does it take to become a new you?
Is it losing weight? Becoming healthier? Changing a habit? Whatever it is, set a goal, write it down, share it, and begin your journey.
When I began running five years ago, I began with the Couch to 5K App. When the voice said, Run Now....I had a difficult time running just that first 30 seconds. But, I kept on going, everyday getting better. I have competed in over 100 races now. Am I the fastest runner? No. But, I have learned to run for myself, not others. Everyday you can run is a blessing.
